This very unique, small, handmade bud vase is part of a series of objects that explore ancient forms, stone and sediment.
It was pit-fired, which is a technique that involves burying the pieces in a pit amongst sawdust and combustibles, and covering them once the fire gets going to encourage the build-up and maintaining of heat. The piece has unique marks created by the fire during this process.

All pieces are signed on the bottom and come with a certificate of authenticity.

Care Instructions
Hand wash gently with soap and hot water.
I recommend using your hands or very soft brush to wash it.
Allow to air-dry.
Do not allow to soak in liquids for prolonged period of time.
