Gum Delirium

Gum Delirium is a new series of small, totemic vessels that are part psychedelic cartoon character and part chewed gum, meeting something ancient, recognisable and grounding. Each piece is handmade by pinching clay into a shape, and represents an abstracted sense of time and place that the ancient world, the dream world, and the real world inhabit together. Made out of a custom stoneware, and glazed with a pulpous pink crawl glaze.
